Hello! I am Ileana and I am 27 years old. I come from the province of Naples (Italy) and I study Biology.
I discovered celiac disease in 2007. From that moment I started experimenting and my passion for pastry was born in me.
It was only in December that I opened my pastry blog along wih the Instagram page @BozzyCake_GlutenFree.
When I go out I love discovering new places that care about us and that like to experiment in order to find more and more interesting gluten-free dishes. Once I find them, I like to share them.
