Hello everyone, I am Katie and live in sunny…(haha!) Scotland.
I was diagnosed with Coeliac Disease in 2016.
Similar to most of you, eating has become a bit of a hobby of mine!! I love to eat and don’t want to let the limited choices of gluten free food put me off eating out.
Therefore, I am always on the lookout for safe places to eat and I have found some of my favourite dishes at restaurants I found after searching for gluten free!
